How to buy a custom video without getting scammed or ghosted

Buying a custom porn video should be simple. You describe what you want, agree on a price, pay, and get your video. When you pay a creator directly through a payment app, a gift card or a crypto wallet, it often goes differently.
What goes wrong when you pay a creator directly
Some "creators" are scammers using stolen photos. They take the money and disappear, or they send a recycled clip that has nothing to do with what you asked for.
Real creators can ghost you too. They get busy, they lose track of DMs, or they decide your request isn't worth the effort after they've been paid. You're left messaging someone who has no reason to answer.
Say the video does arrive and it's wrong: the outfit you asked for is missing, or it's half the length you agreed on. You can ask nicely for a redo, but nothing makes them do one.
Refunds are the hardest part. Payment app transfers and crypto payments are hard to reverse, so once the money is sent, it's usually gone.
All of these come from the same setup. You paid in full before you got anything, and nobody stands between you and the seller.

While a dispute is under review, the payment stays held. If the admin finds the content doesn't match, the request resets to Accepted and the payment is reversed. If it does match, the creator keeps the earnings. In rare cases where the request was vague and both sides have a point, the admin may split the payment 50/50.
The admin reviews the request details only: your text instructions, reference images, poses and anything else in the request form. Chat messages are not part of the review. If you agreed on something in chat, add it to the request before you submit, because that form works as your contract.
Disputes are for real mismatches. Changing your mind after getting what you asked for doesn't count, and neither does "I thought it would look different" when the video matches the request.
Up to 2 redos
A wrong video can usually be fixed with a redo. When you file a dispute, you can ask for a redo first, and the creator has 24 hours to accept or decline. If they decline or don't respond, the dispute goes to admin review. You can also skip the redo and go straight to an admin.
Creators can offer a redo on their own within 48 hours of delivery. Each request allows up to 2 redos. After that, the delivery is final or goes to an admin. You can dispute each new delivery within the same 24-hour window, or withdraw the request.
Getting your money back to your card
Money reversed in a dispute goes back to your HedonCustoms balance. To get it back on your card, message Support chat; refunds go to your original card through CCBill, and a processing fee applies to every card refund. Contact Support instead of disputing the charge with your bank.
Checklist before you pay for a custom
- Keep the deal, the payment and the delivery on one platform, and don't move to outside apps or payment handles.
- Write everything that matters into the request: length, outfit, angles, names, references.
- Check the video within 24 hours of delivery.
- If it's off, ask for a redo or open a dispute before the window closes.
